This 12-hour workshop will take you through all the tools needed to work with your clients. You will undergo your very own Value Assessment.

This will allow you to offer value-added services for your clients, whilst at the same time increasing your monthly recurring revenue.

 

This is for accountants or advisors who want to offer their clients a more strategic plan to help scale, grow and to ultimately exit their business successfully. 

During the session, we’ll identify three key issues that are getting in the way of your clients achieving a successful exit. Cliff will then discuss with you the critical steps you’ll need in place to help your clients overcome these issues and explain how you can help the be in an exit-ready position using the proven Value Creation Process.
